In fact, Miguel has been part of Bootlin for some time. He completed his internship with us last year from March to August 2024 and worked on the zephyr Open-source-echtzeit operating system. This project contributed to his successful completion of Sorbonne University. In December 2024 he officially went to Bootlin as a full-time engineer and expanded his focus beyond Zephyr out to embedded Linux projects.
Miguel has already done Significant electricity upstream of Zephyrincluding a sensor driver, a Mipi DBI driver that enables the display support, and an input driver. He deserves that Zephyr technical employee Badge, granted by the Linux Foundation. In addition, he shared valuable insights into the development of Zephyr and drivers in A Series of blog posts In our blog.
