Job Description

  • Responsible for releasing HW & SW design solutions for Electronic components in the Vehicle functions or body controls and body builder specific functions, applicable for North American truck products.
  • Work with global technology development teams ( Bangalore & Sweden ) to track the platform development progress and also be take part in discussions with Tier-1 supplier of components
  • Follow level 4 time plan activities and milestones
  • Work with component installations for radars & cameras and other ECUs is needed
  • Work with truck integration team for solving issues arising due to it on the component side
  • Respond to defect reports and follow the defect report process for till resolution
  • Document SW configurations for various variant combinations & ESW SW release process is mandatory
  • Work with Canalyzer tools and analyze log files and perform trouble shooting
  • Download Software using factory, engineering & service tools
  • Perform minimum smoke test on bench before delivering to integration teams
  • Take part in PI planning and breakdown features to stories and tasks and follow-up though sprints
  • Will need to work on trucks when needed to de-bug and trouble shoot issues

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with 4-6 years of automotive experience
