Job description: OverviewMRR Embedded Global Positioning System/Inertial Navigation System (EGI) Alignment TechnicianLocation: Elizabeth City, NCClearance: Active SecretProvide the USCG Air Logistics Center Medium Range Recovery (MRR) Division support to perform and coordinate Embedded Global Positioning System/Inertial Navigation System (EGI) component alignment, positioning, and measurement on USCG H-65 and H-60 airframes, fixtures, and subcomponents.Responsibilities· Install, align, test and certify EGI systems on USCG and/or DOD aircraft, fixtures, and subcomponentsQualificationsRequired:· Experience in the installation, alignment, testing, and certification of EGI systems on USCG and/or DOD aircraft, fixtures, and subcomponents with a minimum of five (5) years’ experience.
