The Raspberry Pi RP2040 has had very good availability since the start, but would you give you concern about a commercial product from the unencrypted external flash flash?

I would not take care of most products I worked on. If you were concerned that the flash was unencrypted, you will probably be powered to select different hardware to support the fact that you encrypt flash.
