Team:
Leads RDK platform and build tools team. For RDK the team builds core layer of RDK (Linux, sdk etc). Maintain start up sequence and key platform features scaled across all features of RDK.
All features are part of the CPE firmware.
Role:
Development
New feature development, bringing in imaging models, log uploads etc. across RDK.
Handle security enhancements and deal with open-source components in RDK delivered by YOCTO.
Maintain open source and handle security vulnerabilities.
Generate start up sequence for RDK firmware.
Work with test team to re-produce issues in the field
Skills:
Strong Embedded Linux is required for this.
Understanding Linux systems in depth
RDK is a huge plus.
